The petition really does not arise from the order passed by this Court and, thus, cannot be considered in this appeal. The issue sought to be raised is whether the period of suspension of membership is to be reckoned for purposes of disqualification of the petitioner for elections, as the Bye-Laws provide so.

It is for the petitioner to take recourse to any appropriate remedy, if still so advised.

This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
