C.M.P.No.6920 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 222 days in filing the set aside abatement petition in the above C.R.P.No.1332 of 2017.

2.C.M.P.No.6921 of 2023 has been filed to bring on the records the legal representatives i.e. Respondents 11 to 13 of the deceased 3rd Respondent i.e. Rajasekaran in the above C.R.P.No.1332 of 2017. 3.C.M.P.No.6925 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd Respondent i.e. Rajasekaran in the above C.R.P.No.1332 of 2017.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
