2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is pending from the year 2014 and it has to be disposed of at the earliest.
3.
On perusal of the case diary, it is seen that the learned trial Judge has adjourned the matter on the basis of the memo filed by the respondent / plaintiff that he has filed T.R.O.P. to transfer this case to be tried along with O.S.No.74 of 2014 pending before the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur. If the T.R.O.P. particulars are not produced by the respondent/plaintiff, who filed the memo and also in the absence of any stay, the learned trial Judge, is at liberty to take proceedings of the suit to the next level. Since the suit is pending from the year 2014, it is appropriate to direct the learned trial Judge to dispose of the same at the earliest. 2/4
4.
Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.74 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible. However, there is no order as to costs.
