O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that "to deposit Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.182 of 2020 of PEW Ambattur Police Station before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur" in Crl.M.P.No.1114 of 2020 order dated 05.03.2020 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the value of the property itself is Rs.10,000/- and this petitioner is arrayed as A2 and hence the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of the crime number may be modified.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted the petitioner and A1 were found to be in possession of 105 bottles of liquor suspected to contain spurious materials. 4.This Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner for the reason that the petitioner and A1 were found to be in possession of 105 bottles of liquor suspected to contain spurious materials.
