Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed in I.A. No.422/ 2018 in I.D. No.551/ 2008 dated 21.01.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the principal labour Court Coimbatore to proceed with the adjudication of I.D. No.551/ 2008 expeditiously and pass an award within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed in I.A. No.422/ 2018 in I.D. No.551/ 2008 dated 21.01.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the principal labour Court Coimbatore to proceed with the adjudication of I.D. No.551/ 2008 expeditiously and pass an award within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the issues between the parties had been settled out of Court. Thus, no further adjudication is required.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
