ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 29.05.2015 and to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 25.05.2015 against the 3rd respondent under Section 4 of the PCR Act, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 29.05.2015 to the first respondent by post.

4.The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 29.05.2015 to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
