This contempt petition is arising out of the order dated 04.10.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19010 of 2015, wherein, a direction was given to the respondents to consider the documents http://www.judis.nic.in

rk produced by the petitioner with regard to his educational qualification and indigent circumstances of his family and pass appropriate order, appointing the petitioner in any suitable post on compassionate grounds, within a period of two weeks. Since the time frame was not adhered to, the petitioner is before this Court with the present contempt petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.10.2016 has been complied with by the respondents. In support of his submission, learned counsel has produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Sangagiri in Na.Ka.No.2621/2015/A1 dated 29.08.2017, appointing the petitioner as Junior Assistant in Government High School, K.Morur, Salem District.
