(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant, praying for condonation of the delay of 262 days, in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.40/-, in C.M.A.Sr.No.3507 of 2016.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and in view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, this Court finds it appropriate to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the miscellaneous petition is allowed, on the condition that the petitioner / appellant pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the civil miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed, automatically, without further reference to this Court.
