Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to issue a separate sub division patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of her land comprised in S. No.656/2C measuring to an extent of thirty two cents including the pathway situated at Pudhupalayam Village, Thekkalur Main Road, Tiruppur District by considering her representation dated 18.2.2022.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded to the said submission.

2. Mr.C. Kulanthaivel, learned counsel for the impleaded 4th respondent submitted that since a suit is pending, liberty may be granted to the 4th respondent to question the correctness of the issuance of patta issued to the petitioner in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the parties to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
