ORDER

Though Mr. Panneerselvam, who was the fourth accused in the case, was initially directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-, subsequently, by order dated 29.01.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.1899 of 2026, the same was modified to Rs.10,000/-. Hence, the petitioner/A5 prayed that the same parity be extended to him.

2. In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.1899 of 2026, the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-, as ordered in the said Crl.O.P.No.1899 of 2026.
