ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.05.2015 to investigate the same and to file final report in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.On reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner mortgaged the property in the year 2006 and the opposite party seems to have sold the property, as the mortgage amount has not been paid. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the above, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register a case. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
