Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records from the learned Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore, quash the preliminary order dated 22.11.2023 made in I.D.No.31 of 2022 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary 1/3

to law and consequently hold that the domestic enquiry conducted by the respondent in respect of show cause notice dated 09.07.2020 is violation of principles of natural justice and unfair and to pass such further or other order or other orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
