Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.A.GUNASEELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.N.THANGAPANDI Government Advocate on behalf of the 2nd respondent the court made the following order:- The above Wmp filed, for directing the respondents, not to harass the petitioner, except under due process of law, need not be considered at this point of time, as those aspects have to be considered at the time of final hearing of the writ petition. Thus the Wmp Stands dismissed. Post the writ petition for final disposal after two weeks.
