The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 863 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. The contesting respondent has been served and represented by the counsel. However, there is no representation when the matter is called. Sufficient reasons have been given for condoning the delay.
Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
However, the appellants are not entitled to any interest for the delayed period.
3. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
