This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint 23.02.2022 which is pending on the file of the second respondent police.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Sugan, who is the owner, enquiry as conducted by the second respondent in C.S.R.No.65 of 2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
During the enquiry, the petitioner had withdrawn the complaint and the parties have informed that they would approach the Civil Court for appropriate action.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
