ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has drawn the attention of this Court to Clause-14 of the order passed by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O.(Ms.)No.347, Public Health and Welfare Department dated 16.03.2020 wherein it is stated that permissions should not be granted to conduct processions, meetings, summer classes, camps, business exhibitions, games and any other similar types of programmes involving large number of people till 31.03.2020. Pointing out to the same, she submitted that the petitioner is not entitled https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to seek the relief as prayed for in this Criminal Original Petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the submissions so made by the learned Government Pleader (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
