2. The case of the petitioner in brief:

The petitioner herein was working as Diesel Fill Up Man in the 3rd respondent corporation. The petitioner made several representations through his Labour Welfare Protection Trade Union regarding the issuance of the safe boxes for keeping ticket bundle to the conductors, collection bags and all other essential accessories and all equipments for efficient services. But said representation of the petitioner was not considered and in that situation, the 3rd respondent allotted the petitioner only for a heavy duty at night time. Though the petitioner appeared before the 3rd respondent for requesting to allot light day duty, the said request was not considered. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 24.02.2022 for allotting light day duty instead of heavy duty. The respondents have not considered the said representation till date.

Hence, the petitioner filed the instant writ petition before this Court. 3.Mr.A.Sundaravadanan, learned Standing Counsel submitted that, the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the authorities concerned, on is own merits and in accordance with law.

4.Inview of the above submissions and also considering the limited scope of prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, and pass orders on its own merits, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
