Today, 26.03.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away and he is not in a position to tell the date of death of the petitioner. Further, he submits that he is unable to get instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased.

2. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
