C O M M O N O R D E R Contempt Petition No.3091 of 2014 has been filed informing non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.4383 of 2014 dated 17.04.2014, which required the respondent to file final report in Crime No.478 of 2013 within a period of six months.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation in the case stands completed, charge sheet has been prepared and the same will duly be presented before the concerned Magistrate.
3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet has been filed in this case. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition No.3091 of 2014 shall stand closed.
In the light of the submissions made by learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] to the effect that investigation in Crime No.478 of 2013 stands completed, the
Crl.O.P.No.22252 of 2015 is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
