petitioner's husband is detained in Central Prison-II, Puzhal, Chennai.

[Order of the Court was made by R.N.MANJULA, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in BCDFGISSSV No.30/2021 dated 06.03.2021, detaining her husband as "Bootlegger" under Section 2(b) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the order of detention passed against the detenue has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.1893, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 26.04.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the said Government Order.
Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
