The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to live in his house at Plot No.48, Old No.51, New No.36, Model Hutment Road, Hut Area, CIT Nagar, Chennai-600 035, to secure the ends of justice.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 08.01.2016 to the respondents seeking police protection and since the same has not been considered so far, he has come up with the present petition for the relief stated supra. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 08.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
