Prayer in WP.No.995 of 2012: Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent not to register any document in the nature of transfer by way of sale, gift, mortgage, exchange or lease with respect to the Sellancheri Thaikka Wakf properties situated in S.No.162, New Survey No.81/2 measuring an extent of 4.48 Acres in Sellencheri Village as under Section 51 of the Wakf Act and Section 22A of the Registration Act.
Prayer in WP.No.996 of 2012: Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent not to register any document in the nature of transfer by way of sale, gift, mortgage, exchange or lease with respect to the Sellancheri Thaikka Wakf properties situated in S.No.114/7, 116/2, 116/4 and 61/2 measuring an extent of 17.62 Acres in Sellencheri Village as under Section 51 of the Wakf Act and Section 22A of the Registration Act.
