ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to settle the backwages to the petitioner for the period between 15.10.2001 and 27.08.2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Though the prayer in the writ petition is to settle the backwages to the petitioner for the period between 15.10.2001 and 27.08.2012, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is satisfied, if his representation dated 09.06.2012 is disposed of, in the light of the order of this Court dated 19.04.2012 passed in W.P.No.266 of 2007 within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation setting out his grievance and on such representation is being made, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
