This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard Mr.R.Arunkumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner is arrayed as A2 in Crime No.12 of 2024 and investigation is pending on the file of first respondent.

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction 2/4

issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
