Heard.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural program, in Sri Selvamuthu Mariamman temple festival, scheduled to be held, on 24.2.2014, at Vennathur Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.
In view of the fact that the temple festival in question had been scheduled to be held on 24.2.2014, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is of the considered view that the relief prayed for, in the writ petition, has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.
