This application is filed for raising the order of attachment dated 22.11.2019 in A.No.6377 of 2010 attaching the immovable property morefully described in the schedule to the Judges summons and a copy of the order raising attachment be transmitted through the Subordinate Court, Gobichettipalayam and communicated to Sub Registration District of Gobichettipalayam Joint - II. 2.Application has been filed by the Finance Company stating that they have received their dues.

The Registry shall issue necessary orders to the concerned Sub Registrar, Sub Registration District of Gobichettipalayam Joint - II, for raising the orders of attachment through the Subordinate Court, Gobichettipalayam, so as to enable him to make the necessary entries in his records.
