O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.87 of 2018 dated 31.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.87 of 2018 dated 31.01.2018, for the past 53 days the condition may be modified.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that though the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.87 of 2018 dated 31.01.2018, he has not complied with the condition imposed on him by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.618 of 2018 vide dated 08.02.2018 and hence, he may be directed to comply with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.618 of 2018 vide dated 08.02.2018. Wherein the petitioner had been directed to report before the Villupuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Taking into consideration the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Chennai for the past 53 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.87 of 2018 dated 31.01.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Villupuram Town Police Station, Villupuram, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS VI) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar kv To
