(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to produce the detenue, the daughter of the petitioner, namely Sushma, aged about 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Detenue has been produced by first respondent. Father of the detenue is present. The detenue is aged 19 years. She informs her willingness to go along her father, who is also agreeable thereto.
