JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.) The writ appeal has been filed by the writ petitioner challenging the order dated 7.1.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge in dismissing the writ petition in W.P.No.31377 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2013, which sought for a direction to the respondents to hand over the charges of the society, after making proper entries of the available materials and a direction to the respondents to make the Society functional.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the writ petition was filed by the President of Thiruvalluvar Handloom Weavers Co-operative Production and Sales Society Limited and the term of office has already expired.

3. In view of the above factual situation, the writ Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VIII) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ssk.
