[Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] This matter is listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that paragraph No.19 of the judgment states there is no reference in the claim petition regarding the rider of the two-wheeler.

3. This Court, having considered the said submission, clarifies that the observation in paragraph No.19 pertains only information such as name of the rider, insurance particulars of the vehicle, and other relevant information necessary for identifying the party and determining liability.

4. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned forthwith.
