Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No.882 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and it is upon the respondent to take appropriate action for cancellation of bail.
