This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the summons issued by the first respondent dated 22.01.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of the summons dated 22.01.2025, the petitioner was called for an enquiry to be conducted on 07.02.2025 under Section 126 of BNS, 2023. Now, the hearing date is over and the prayer sought for in this writ petition has becomes infructuous.
