Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to provide educational loan to the petitioner within a stipulated time prescribed by the Indian Bank Association and to pay the loan for a sum of Rs.3,15,000/- (Three lakhs and fifteen thousand only) for pursuing B.Sc Agricultural course in 2016 to 2020.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the respondent to provide educational loan to the petitioner within the stipulated time prescribed by the Indian Bank Association and to pay a sum of Rs.3,15,000/- (Rupees three lakhs and fifteen thousand only) for pursuing her B.Sc Agricultural course for the academic year 2016 - 2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner's educational loan application has already been processed by the Zonal Officer of the respondent Bank and the petitioner may be directed to approach the concerned authority to get her relief.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court, directs the Zonal Officer of the respondent Bank to pass appropriate orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's educational loan application, within a period of ten days, from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ stands disposed of. No costs.
