The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 01.10.2013 and pass an orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner is an employee of the Cooperative Society and in respect of revision of pay scales, the writ petitioner has submitted a representation to the first respondent and the same is yet to be considered.

3. Thus, without going into the merits of the cases, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 01.10.2013 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
