ORDER
Vide order dated 08.01.2026 made in Crl.A.No.1909 of 2025, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of condition imposed at Para No.10(ii) of the said order pertaining to the appearance of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the final report has been filed before the Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Villupuram and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.74 of 2025 and that the trial has already commenced and the matter now stands posted to 11.03.2026 for examination of LW5 and therefore, he submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to appear before the trial Court instead of appearing before the Shevapet Police Station.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents did not dispute the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the commencement of trial and she further submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail. 2/4
4. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought by the petitioner could be acceded to.
5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by this Court at Para No.10(ii) of the order dated 08.01.2026 made in Crl.A.No.1909 of 2025 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each and every hearing date without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
