The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's prayer has been complied with. Therefore, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. The factum was also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and he has also made an endorsement for withdrawal of the present Writ Petition.
