2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 P.M., in Crl.OP.No.28291 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024.
