Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to allow Boyar Community people to worship the temple festival by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019. ORDER
Though, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019 and to consequently allow the Boyar Community people to participate in the temple festival which is anterior in date, which was scheduled to be held from 12.03.2019 to 29.03.2019) in the temple anmely Arulmigu Sri Mariamman Temple, however, it is pertinent to note that, the 2/6
said prayer of the petitioner cannot be granted at this distant point of time.
2. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation before the respondents for the future participation in the temple festival.
