2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.M.P.No.16804 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.14227 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for investigation.
