Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first day of every month until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8101 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10244/2020 dated 17.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.MOHAMMED ASEEF, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10244 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 120(b) of IPC of IPC, in Crime No.3 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of the summons. This petition is ordered.
