This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 08.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2312 of 2024 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for further period of 15 days and thereafter, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
