O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, states that in the given situation, possibly there is no option but for the petitioner to go through the process of resolution of disputes through arbitration with the first respondent, leaving the rights to be resolved against the second respondent through proceedings before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Civil Court, the course of action acceptable to both the

learned counsel for the respondents.

2.In view of aforesaid position, as agreed and proposed by learned counsel for the petitioner and the first respondent, I appoint Mr.Amalaraj S.Penikilapatti, an Advocate, having office at No.27-R, 3rd Floor, Pandu Klise Plaza, Door No.330, Old No.168, Thambuchetty Street, Madras, Ph:98402 02279, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the dispute inter se the parties. As requested by the learned counsel, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the ageis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.

3.The original petitions are, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
