This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.5(v) of the order dated 10.07.2025 in Crl.M.P. No. 13486 of 2025 in Crl.R.C. No. 772 of 2025 by which the petitioner was directed to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at

10.30a.m. until the disposal of the revision petition, while granting suspension of sentence.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been appearing before the Trial Court till date regularly, the condition imposed at Paragraph No.5(v) the order dated 10.07.2025 in Crl.M.P. No. 13486 of 2025 in Crl.R.C. No. 772 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in every two months at 10.30a.m. until further orders. 27-02-2026 nv
