This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 13.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2972 of 2024 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall continue to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for another period of 20 days and thereafter, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
