This writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 2 to 6 or their men agents, servants or anybody claiming through them, from installing pillars, rooms, compound wall in and around the lake viz., Ranga Nagar Tank Situated in S.No.390/1 Mudichur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2024, 31.07.2024, 05.08.2024 and 08.10.2024 in pursuant to letter No.15973/General-3(1)/2024 dated st respondent and O.M.No.13 B12/2024/AA3/dated 07.11.2024 issued by the 1 nd respondent seeking to make 26 feet common pathway 20.11.2024 issued by the 2 adjacent to the lake viz., Ranga Nagar Tank situated in S.No.390/1 Mudichur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the pillars and rooms were constructed in the boundaries of the pond and there is obstructions due to which they are no able to approach their agricultural lands. th

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 6 respondent/Block Development Officer on written instruction in Na.Ka.No.89/2025 dated 06.03.2025 stated that the petitioner is an encroacher and engaged in agricultural activities. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
5. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the 5/9
petitioner's dated 08.10.2024 with regard to laying of 26 feet road, so as to enable the petitioners to access their agricultural land, by conducting a detailed enquiry, after giving due notice and opportunity of personnel hearing, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
