The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the fourth to sixth respondent to dispose of the representations dated 26.11.2019, 03.02.2020 and 27.01.2020 given by the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner and his brother purchased certain properties in S.Nos.370/2A, 370/4, 370/7, 370/9B and Page No.2 of 7

370/11A and further executed a power deed in favour of one Swaminathan, Managing Partner of N.S.K. Motor & General finance for the S.Nos.370/2A, 370/9A, 371/11A, 370/9B 371/7A2 along with the respondents 7 to 10. When the previous power document was in force, the respondents 7 to 10 have created a forged and false documents and executed two power deeds in favour of G.R.Babu and M.Balaji for the plot Nos.91, 92, 93, 104, 105, 52 and 53 and the power of attorney sold the plots to other purchasers. Thus, the petitioner has sent notice to the respondents 7 to 10 to cancel the forged documents, however, no steps were taken to cancel the documents. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation before the respondents 1 to 4 dated 26.11.2019 and 27.01.2020 to take action against the respondents 7 to 10, but, the same was not considered. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2020, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection for the said order being passed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2020 by conducting a detailed enquiry after giving due notice to both the parties, affording an opportunity of personal hearing, to consider the relevant documents submitted by both the parties at the time of the enquiry in regard to the subject matter property and pass appropriate orders on merits, in accordance with law and by following/observing the above principles of natural justice, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions. No costs.
