The Criminal Revision filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. to set aside Judgment made in Crl.A.No.9 of 2010 dated 16.03.2011 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court cum Fast Track Court No.II, at Gobichettipalayam in confirming the Judgment made in C.C. No.226 of 2007 dated 29.12.2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, at Gobichettipalayam by allowing the present Criminal Revision Petition. O R D E R

It is reported by both the counsel appearing on either side that matter has been compromised between the parties.

2. The copy of an affidavit executed by the respondent has been filed today. In the said affidavit, the respondent has specifically stated that the parties have compromised the matter and there is no more amount due and payable by the petitioner to the respondent and the respondent is willing to compound the offence.

3. Recording the said affidavit and also the submissions made on either side, the offence will stand compounded under Section 147 of Negotiable Instrument Act.

4. In view of the same, the criminal revision petition shall stand allowed and the conviction and sentence passed by both courts below is hereby set aside.

5. In view of the same, the bail bond executed by the Petitioner shall stand cancelled.
