Decree : This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Friday the Seventh day of January 2022 (07.01.2022) and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of first instance and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the argumetns of Mr.R.Nalliyappan, Advocate for the Appellant and Mr.V.Ayyadurai, Senior Advocate appearing for Mr.K.Selvaraj, Advocate for the 1st Respondant and Respondents No.2 to 13 are dispensed with vide Court order dated 07.12.2021 day, this Court doth order and decree as follows:
1) that the judgment and decree of the Court of the I Additional District Judge, Erode, dated 14.09.2012 made in A.S.No.147 of 2009 reversing the judgment and decree of the Court of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Erode dated 12.01.2009 made in O.S.No.131 of 1999 be and hereby is confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed; and
