ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation with respect to the Crime No.235 of 2022 pending on the file of second respondent to any other investigating agency and consequently, direct them to proceed with investigation and file final report within an appropriate time.
2. Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.
3. Both the crime number and the rank of the second respondent has been wrongly mentioned in the petition. Therefore, learned counsel for petitioner must withdraw this petition and file a fresh petition by giving correct particulars.
4. Learned counsel for petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said endorsement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
