Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in Survey No.1474/1E, Plot No.7, measuring to an extent of 2655 Sq.ft situated in Annai Sivasakthi Nagar, Madhavaram Village & Taluk in favour of the petitioner within a stipulated period by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2021/18.03.2022 in a manner known to law.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.12.2021 and 18.03.2022 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property comprised in Survey No.1474/1E, Plot No.7, measuring an extent of 2655 Sq.ft situated in Annai Sivasakthi Nagar, Madhavaram Village & Taluk.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.04.2022, the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations for issuance of patta were considered and Patta has already been granted in favour of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition.
